Consultant for Business Analytics and AI Solutions

Your Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Collaborate with global business units to address analytical requirements and resolve business challenges related to Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, and Business Intelligence.
- Lead the identification, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and adoption of innovative AI and Operations Research solutions alongside business units and IT.
- Conduct data analysis, develop exploratory business intelligence dashboards, enhance processes, perform market assessments, execute financial and risk evaluations, and communicate findings to key stakeholders to aid in strategic and operational decision-making.
- Contribute to the strategic vision, roadmap, and prioritization of features for data analytics initiatives.
- Adhere to agile product management methodologies to ensure timely product delivery.
- Support the department's objectives by building and enhancing essential AI capabilities such as digital strategy, AI literacy, and data leadership.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
- Exceptional academic background in a relevant technical, mathematical, business, or finance discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in professional settings with a focus on data and business analysis, digital product management, business intelligence, consulting, or a related area.
- Ability to convert business challenges into quantitative analyses and actionable insights.
- Proficiency in driving product concepts from ideation to successful launch and ongoing management.
- Strong conceptual thinking and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and analytical methods, along with a deep understanding of the business concepts and processes underlying the data.
- Experience in data analysis using tools such as Python, R, C++, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Operations Research, AI, and machine learning techniques is preferred.
- Knowledge of the logistics and transportation sector is advantageous.
- Experience with agile methodologies is preferred.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
