About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Colocation Regional Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, construction, and implementation of enterprise data centers that meet the highest quality and performance standards globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with colo vendors to review designs for new data centers, ensuring they meet AWS expectations.
  • Act as a resident engineer during new colo construction projects, supporting construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Troubleshoot site/equipment failures, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and create Corrective Action documentation.
  • Provide technical support for existing data center upgrades and design solutions.
  • Interface with operating partners, design engineering teams, and other stakeholders to promote standards and consistency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ cumulative years of experience in industrial or commercial engineering in Mission Critical facilities.
  • Good communication skills.
