Job Title: Accounts Payable Operations Leader, EMEA & APAC

Solventum is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Operations Leader to join our team in EMEA & APAC. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing area AP and BPO operations, leveraging AP end-to-end process knowledge to deliver operational excellence, and continuously monitoring day-to-day operations, metrics, and SLAs to ensure processes are in control and on-time and accurate payments are executed to vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing area AP and BPO operations
  • Leveraging AP end-to-end process knowledge to deliver operational excellence
  • Continuously monitoring day-to-day operations, metrics, and SLAs to ensure processes are in control and on-time and accurate payments are executed to vendors and suppliers
  • Serving as a subject matter expert to stakeholders and leadership in the area
  • Strong focus on compliance, controls, governance, and adherence to financial and legal requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in Sourcing, Finance, Business Transformation, and the BPO partner, to ensure AP process excellence
  • Representing the AP function in internal and external reviews, meetings, and workshops
  • Active participation in ERP deployment activities to support transformation and ensure readiness of the AP process and team
  • Identifying and leading projects and process improvement initiatives that will deliver value to the company
  • Serving as a back-up for Global AP Leader and other AP process leaders as required
Requirements:
  • University degree in finance, accounting, administration, or similar subject
  • Proven finance experience, particularly in Accounts Payable operations
  • Leading and managing a team
  • Collaborating and working with BPO / Shared Service organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AP process and operations knowledge and experience in SAP
  • End-to-end Source to Pay process understanding
  • Ability to lead and influence teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
