• Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and the marketplace
• Establish strategic alliances, oversee vendor onboarding, and promote long-term vendor growth
• Supervise technical workflows from product listing to order fulfillment and vendor performance metrics
• Facilitate vendor discussions and spearhead process enhancements to align with customer and vendor expectations
• Gather and relay vendor feedback internally for ongoing improvement
• Balance analytical tasks with innovative development projects
