Customer Excellence B2C Project Manager and Market Consultant

At Leica Camera AG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager and Market Consultant to join our Customer Excellence Team. This role plays a pivotal part in identifying business opportunities, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving the implementation of strategies across markets utilizing our Salesforce B2C CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and oversee project plans for Customer Excellence initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate joint initiatives to integrate sales and marketing activities.
- Advocate for the adoption of data-driven practices within the organization.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven tools to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Identify CRM and data requirements to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with CRM and data teams to implement solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or minimum 5 years of similar working experience.
- Proven experience in project management within CRM, marketing, or sales.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, and Teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity in using Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Photography knowledge and knowing the premium luxury market is a plus.
