About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Sports Medicine team at Stryker Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing advanced software features, setting technical direction, and leading software engineers in their implementation work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams, ensuring the development of high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Software System Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ for Windows desktop applications, in accordance with project requirements and defined architecture.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with international and cross-functional teams, as well as with technology leaders from adjacent projects, to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement design and process improvements, maintaining and evolving the existing software platform to ensure it remains competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of professional experience in software development using C++.
  • Experience with Qt and computer vision/image processing is highly desirable.
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
