Job Summary:

The Field Service Engineer is a critical role within Industrial Physics, responsible for providing technical support to customers worldwide. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Install, maintain, and repair CMC-Kuhnke and Quality by Vision product range
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical product incidents
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and continuous delivery of technical support services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or engineering degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
  • Previous technical experience in the canning and beverage industry is a plus
  • Fluent English speaker; other languages an advantage, German highly recommended
  • International license not applicable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
