About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team at R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for advising and consulting our clients on their financial needs and providing them with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide them with personalized advice and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
• Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
• Provide training and coaching to our sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively advise and consult with clients.

Requirements

• Relevant education and experience in the field of finance and insurance.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including life insurance, health insurance, and investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
