Application Support Consultant (m/f/d) for ERP Solutions

Location: Freiburg

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Consultant to enhance our team at Sauter Holding Germany GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising, designing, and executing IFS standard and tailored processes within a global context
  • Overseeing the operation, management, and enhancement of the ERP system, including its reporting capabilities
  • Addressing and resolving ERP-related inquiries (1st/2nd level support)
  • Collaborating and liaising with external service providers or ERP vendors
  • Delivering module-specific training to end-users and engaging in workshops
  • Contributing to IFS implementations and rollouts

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline
  • Experience in application support for ERP systems (preferably IFS)
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Business Intelligence tools
  • Fluency in German and proficient English communication skills
  • A willingness to travel for training sessions
