We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team at DIS AG in Ulm. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Perform quality control checks on raw materials, finished products, and packaging to identify any defects or irregularities.
- Monitor and maintain temperature control systems to ensure optimal storage conditions for raw materials and finished products.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of product documentation and labeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. quality assurance, engineering, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, GMP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
