UX/UI Specialist

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Acting as a UX authority within cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers and various stakeholders throughout the discovery, ideation, design, and implementation phases to transform innovative concepts into reality.
  • Promoting a culture of experimentation, where you will assist Product Managers in defining problem areas, formulating hypotheses, designing tests, and analyzing outcomes.
  • Translating intricate requirements into conceptual designs and user pathways to address usability challenges and fulfill customer expectations.
  • Utilizing experiments, research, and feedback from peers to critically assess and validate design choices in a continuous development cycle aimed at enhancing user experience.
  • Delivering high-fidelity and production-ready design outputs.
  • Providing constructive feedback and support to fellow designers to help them excel in their roles.
  • Ensuring quality and consistency across all design outputs.

TO EXCEL IN THIS POSITION:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX or Product Designer, ideally within a technology-focused organization or startup.
  • UX/UI Expertise: Strong understanding of user experience principles and interface design, with a keen sense of what constitutes an effective customer experience.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey design concepts through verbal and written communication, sketches, or rapid prototypes to diverse audiences, from fellow designers to executive leadership.
  • Creative Facilitation: Proven experience in leading brainstorming sessions and product discovery workshops, achieving consensus among a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Capability to swiftly transform ideas into tangible design artifacts.
  • Cross-Platform Design: Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms, as well as desktop applications.
  • Dynamic Environment: Familiarity with fast-paced growth environments, particularly in product onboarding or purchasing experiences across cross-functional teams.
  • Data-Driven Design: Experience in leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions, with an understanding of the strengths and limitations of each.
  • Transparency: Commitment to making your work and progress visible and accessible to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
