Our client is a modern acute care hospital in the northern Bavarian region. With approximately 150 beds, the hospital's staff provides care to the surrounding population. The hospital has various departments, including general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery, endoprosthesis, internal medicine, palliative care, gynecology, ophthalmology, anesthesiology, and intensive care.
The Internal Medicine department has 70 beds, spread across two wards. The Acute Geriatrics section is a part of the Medical Clinic II. The department's scope includes the care of patients from the geriatric spectrum of medicine, with approximately 3,500 patients treated annually in the Internal Department.
We are seeking a Medical Director for Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.
Your Profile:
- You are a board-certified physician in internal medicine and geriatrics.
- You enjoy working in acute geriatrics with seniors and have empathy in caring for patients with geriatric and general internal medicine conditions.
