• Coordinating and executing crossbreeding and conversion initiatives within the greenhouse environment.
• Overseeing the exchange of plants and seeds with various research teams.
• Recording and documenting outcomes and procedures to ensure quality assurance.
• Offering assistance to other teams involved in Hybrid Rye breeding as necessary.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license.
• Fluency in German and English.
• A willingness to travel seasonally (up to 10%).
