Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a critical driver of our continued growth and success, you will partner closely with leadership teams and HR to drive successful hiring processes for current and future job openings.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for a wide variety of positions, including complex ones. Your expertise in social media, resume databases, professional networks, and recruitment platforms will be essential in attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Set expectations and consult with hiring managers regarding the staffing process and responsibilities.
- Develop sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow and probe to understand key requirements.
- Manage advertisements in appropriate media to attract candidates for all positions as needed.
- Identify passive job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics, resources, and energy.
- Screen candidates for position and company fit, and drive timely execution of sourcing and screening process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process and consult with them regarding staffing best practices, trends, issues, and challenges.
- Provide HR and management reporting as required, and partner with client groups and HR Business Partner to proactively identify needs, design creative recruitment strategies, and execute all phases of the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all recruiting for the purpose of government reporting and resource analysis.
- Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Intuitive Surgical's recruitment efforts, and be an active participant in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Staffing team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Labor Psychology, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment in a competitive and fast-moving environment.
- Expert in social media, resume databases, professional networks, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms, with expertise in sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide impactful and influential analysis and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships within HR and with business leadership, and to represent Talent Acquisition at the highest levels, including executives and senior management.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Pro-active in achieving the shared purpose and goals of the Staffing team.
- Personally responsible and accountable for achieving performance goals.
- Strong communications skills and a strong work ethic and attitude.
- Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality recruitment across multiple skill sets.
- Travel: Approximately 10%.
- Fluent in English and German, with another EU language an asset.
