Welcome to BASF, a global leader in the chemical industry. We're seeking an ambitious and innovative intern to join our Marketing & Sales Academy team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement digital learning solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Select and apply appropriate instructional design models and strategies.
  • Create engaging and interactive digital learning content, such as e-learnings, video courses, and micro learnings.
  • Develop and publish digital learning modules using authoring software.
  • Use GenAI tools to generate and optimize learning content and feedback.
  • Develop a delivery model and set up the platform for the new learning offer.
  • Evaluate and test the quality and effectiveness of digital learning solutions.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in instructional design, educational technology, media production, or a related field.
  • Experience or interest in digital learning solutions for Marketing and Sales.
  • Proficient in authoring software and familiar with GenAI or other AI tools for learning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
  • Creative, curious, and learner-centered mindset.
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
