Your Responsibilities

You will oversee the enhancement and assurance of efficient processes that account for increasing complexity in the taxation sector, managing existing assignments with appropriate contribution margins while ensuring high client satisfaction. You are accountable for the timely and professionally high-quality delivery of results, establishing a Tax Compliance Management System. You will advise the management on tax-related inquiries, take on the technical and organizational leadership of the compliance area, and coordinate the entire team. You will accompany tax audits and develop and implement VAT-relevant corporate processes, providing counsel on tax matters, such as corporate restructuring. You will ensure adherence to organizational structures and processes, support the digitalization of tax-related processes, and collaborate closely with management and fellow leaders.

Your Profile

You possess a successfully completed qualification as a tax consultant (m/f/d), a keen sense for taxation and finance, and have always aimed to lead a corporate location. You are familiar with compliance topics, foundations, cooperatives, investment deduction amounts, and similar areas. You enjoy preparing quarterly reports for management and lead your team on equal footing. You bring a strong service orientation and deliver high-quality results. Ideally, you have experience in advisory services.
