About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Eye Care Professional / Optical Master (m/w/d) to join our team in a leadership role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert eye care services to customers, including eye exams, lens prescriptions, and frame selection
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to provide the best possible services to customers
Requirements
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Augenoptikermeister / Optikermeister (m/w/d) / ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Augenoptik / Optometrie
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the optical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
