Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Cape Fox Federal Contracting Group is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in providing advanced support services to the US Army. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a tailored Health & Wellness Program that enhances the psychological readiness of US Army personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice within the guidelines of state licensing boards, American Psychological Association Ethical Principles, and MTF privileges.
  • Comply with Army OTSG/MEDCOM, DHA, and Combatant Command Force Heath Protection policies for deployment assessments.
  • Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews and collateral sources.
  • Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders.
  • Provide psychological treatment for individuals and groups, and assist in rehabilitation of patients.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Clinical Social Work.
  • Graduate from a Clinical Social Worker Education (CSWE) Accredited School.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in a government setting.
  • Experience in behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, public speaking, and case management.
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a licensed clinical social worker.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to practice at the independent level and demonstrate a working knowledge of professional standards and ethics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Secret Clearance.
  • Understanding of the military lifestyle and culture.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work as part of a team.
