Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Growth Officer to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, encompassing business development and marketing, to drive revenue growth and expand Cocomore's client portfolio.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, leveraging your profound understanding of digital marketing trends and client needs.
  • Marketing Excellence: Optimize and enhance our marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our growth objectives and resonate with our target audience.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, working closely with the heads of our departments such as Strategy, Creative Division, and Data Science to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their evolving needs are met with innovative solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of growth strategies and marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations, proactively bringing new ideas and approaches.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in driving business growth within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Extensive experience in both business development and marketing, with a strong understanding of digital channels, customer acquisition strategies, and market trends.
  • A relevant university degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on mentality: You thrive in an environment where you are not just leading from the top, but actively engaging in tasks and driving projects forward with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms relevant to business development and marketing, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in English (C1–C2) and German (B2 or higher). Knowledge of French or Spanish would be an added advantage.
