(Senior) Manager in CIO Consulting - Digital Change (w/m/d)

As part of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Consulting team, you will advise our clients on all strategic aspects of the CIO agenda. This includes digital strategies, sourcing, cloud solutions, IT transformation, and software asset management.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise to guide our clients through Digital Transformation, your contributions will be invaluable:

  • Lead the execution of transformation programs and sourcing initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and actively manage (digital) transformation processes.
  • Oversee business and thematic development at KPMG and enhance client relationships.
  • As a project leader, you will manage teams and serve as the primary contact for our clients.
  • Present your team's findings during client meetings that you lead.
  • Assume responsibility for personnel management.
Your Profile
  • To qualify as a (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) in CIO Consulting - Digital Change, you should possess a degree in business administration or business informatics.
  • Relevant experience in industry, consulting firms, or IT service providers is essential.
  • You should have specialized knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
    • Analysis, realignment, and design of complex IT architectures, including organization, processes, personnel, and business cases.
    • IT infrastructure topics such as data center consolidation and cloud adoption.
    • Application optimization, including consolidation or cloud migration.
    • IT governance, IT management, agile project management, and target operating models.
    • Communication and organizational development within IT.
    • IT service management and enterprise service management, along with familiarity with relevant tools.
  • Ideally, you have industry experience in energy, automotive, life sciences, or telecommunications/media.
  • Strong IT knowledge and the ability to communicate it effectively are also required.
  • You should have experience in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Your skills should enable you to guide clients from strategic IT alignment to operational implementation in transformation programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel is a key aspect of this role.
