• Completed commercial education or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in dispatching employees, with a strong focus on coordination and communication.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Additional language skills are a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and be mobile, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
