Position Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients in the Transportation sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Key Accounts: Oversee and engage with designated decision-makers and customer groups to ensure their needs are met.
  • Network Development: Cultivate a robust network within the Transportation industry to enhance business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain sustainable contacts with customers and decision-makers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for framework agreements tailored to the Transportation segment.
  • Marketing Implementation: Execute marketing strategies specific to the segment to drive growth.
  • Sales Data Management: Maintain and update sales information systems to track performance.
  • Field Sales Support: Collaborate with and support the field sales team to achieve common goals.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in technical or business studies is preferred.
  • A minimum of several years of sales experience in the Transportation sector, ideally within the Rail industry.
  • Established connections within the industry.
  • A solid understanding of purchasing structures relevant to the target segment.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and effective communication.
  • A professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
