Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Oversee and manage staff to ensure effective delivery of care services.
• Personnel Planning: Develop and implement effective personnel planning strategies to meet the needs of our residents.
• Resident Care: Assist in providing high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff.
• Care Concept Implementation: Develop and implement care concepts and processes to improve the quality of care services.

Requirements:

• Nursing Background: A strong nursing background with experience in elderly care is essential.
• Leadership Qualification: A leadership qualification or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable.
• Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and flexibility skills are required.
