Job Responsibilities
  • Support the team in the operational business at the point of sale (gastronomy and retail)
  • Ensure product safety and service standards to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Create and update the product range and menu offerings
  • Place orders, conduct inventory, and prepare monthly statements
  • Recruit and develop new employees through training and motivation
  • Optimize personnel deployment and perform personnel administration tasks
Requirements
  • Completed commercial or gastronomic vocational training or a business studies degree
  • Interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
  • Initiative and performance-oriented, as well as decision-making ability
  • Organizational talent with strong assertiveness
  • Responsibility, reliability, and openness in dealing with people
  • Positive presence and confident demeanor
  • Compulsory proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2)
