Job Summary

We are seeking a Student Assistant to join our team at our store in Cologne Hauptbahnhof. As a Student Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products, and supporting our team in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Offer product recommendations and promote our products to customers.
• Product Knowledge
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our products and their features.
  • Be able to answer customer questions about our products and provide product demonstrations.
• Team Support
  • Support the team in various tasks, such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.

Requirements

• Education
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program or have a degree in a related field.
• Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
• Language
  • Fluent in English and German.
