About the Role:

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for modeling, assessing, and improving our existing systems to enhance efficiency, security, and innovation. Your expertise will directly impact our pharmaceutical services, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive modeling and assessment of our current systems across various domains, including business, application, data, and technology levels.
  • Maintain enterprise architecture tools and assets.
  • Proactively manage the maintenance and renewal of our application portfolio together with our application managers and IT teams.
  • Maintain our Business Capability Model and align our IT landscape with business capabilities.
  • Deal with and resolve issues that arise at the enterprise/solution level together with other senior IT stakeholders.
  • Support our IT/Business teams in day-to-day business, qualifying projects, and taking strategic decisions.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and create technology roadmaps for business domains.

About You:

  • You have several years of solid professional experience in enterprise architecture management, including knowledge of EA standards such as TOGAF and IT frameworks like ITIL.
  • You have experience with EA tools, preferably LeanIX.
  • You have knowledge of modern IT practices and patterns, such as cloud computing and microservices.
  • You have experience with modeling tools like UML, Archimate, C4, or equivalent.
  • You have experience in large-scale projects like ERP, CRM, or similar.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take responsibilities and drive initiatives.
  • You are skilled in strategic engagements with senior stakeholders.
  • You have effective persuasion, reconciliation, and presentation skills.
  • You are highly motivated to collaborate in a distributed and international team environment.
