The selected candidate will assume a pivotal and demanding role in conducting independent and self-motivated scientific research.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct independent and self-directed research in the relevant scientific domain while supervising Bachelor and Master students.
- Deliver instruction in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry through lectures, laboratory sessions, and seminars.
- Contribute to the coordination and management of the Bachelor's and Master's programs in 'Biotechnical Chemistry.'
- Fulfill duties as the Biological Safety Officer and Environmental Protection Officer for the institution.
- Completed higher education (Diploma, Master's degree, or equivalent) along with a PhD in a relevant field of biochemistry or molecular biology.
- Proven expertise in genetic engineering, evidenced by a minimum of three years of professional experience in this area.
- Extensive scientific experience (working with genetically modified organisms) in Molecular Biology or Genetic Engineering following the completion of a PhD.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in at least one pertinent discipline (Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Virology).
- Proficient in standard software and chemistry-specific applications.
- Demonstrated social competence and experience in mentoring and teaching students.
- Ability to work autonomously and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
