• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Credit control and factoring, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
• Monitor liquidity and prepare annual financial statements, providing insights for business growth.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and controlling data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Budgeting and forecasting, developing and implementing financial plans to drive business success.
• Submit VAT returns and conduct verifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain DATEV, including master data, accounts, and cost centers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information.
• Key user for departmental software, providing technical expertise and support.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Prepare documents for external audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports and analyses for management, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
• Conduct Intercompany reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support accounting for foreign affiliated companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Completed commercial education, ideally with further training as a Certified Accountant or relevant knowledge for career changers.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the Aviation and Yachting industry.
• Good German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Proficient in industry-specific systems and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and technologies.
• Business acumen, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Analytical approach and affinity for numbers, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
