Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Retail Salesperson in the heart of Berlin, Germany.
About the Role:
- Engage with customers face-to-face, driving sales and building relationships in the area.
- Sell premium cosmetic products in Berlin's shopping malls.
- Meet sales targets and demonstrate the benefits of each product.
- Provide customers with necessary product information and recommendations based on their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Meet sales targets and achieve high earning commission scheme of up to 22%.
- Relocation package and transport expenses covered.
- Flexible working hours and full training provided.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, driven, and confident approach.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
