Inside Sales Representative

MARAWE GmbH & Co. KG is a well-established mid-sized company based in Regensburg, specializing in the production of chemical-technical products. Our primary distribution channels include various online platforms.
We are currently seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team full-time for our Tobolin brand. Tobolin offers innovative solutions for renovation and building waterproofing, as well as protection and care for homes and gardens. If you possess expertise in building materials and consistently prioritize customer needs, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Proactively generate sales of our product portfolio through phone consultations, providing comprehensive advice on masonry renovation techniques.
- Manage the creation, tracking, and processing of offers throughout the sales process.
- Independently acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- A commercial education, ideally in the building materials trade.
- Prior experience in consultation and sales is highly advantageous.
- A confident and persuasive phone manner with a strong customer and sales focus.
- In-depth product knowledge of building materials, particularly in renovation, protection, and care areas.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in IT applications such as MS Office and ERP systems.
- A dedicated, structured, and conscientious work ethic.
