About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance professional to join our team at Deichmann, a leading international footwear retailer. As a key member of our SAP team, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and developing SAP FI solutions to meet the financial needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and configure SAP FI solutions to meet the financial requirements of our organization
  • Provide expert advice and support to our finance team on the use and optimization of SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting
  • Implement FI integrations with other SAP modules and external systems
  • Perform error analysis, troubleshooting, and support for SAP FI users
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of SAP FI projects, upgrades, and rollouts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Continuously evaluate new SAP technologies and best practices to optimize our SAP FI landscape
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in SAP FI consulting or administration, preferably in the IT sector
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules and experience in configuring and adapting SAP FI solutions
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and requirements in a business environment
  • Experience with agile SAP projects, upgrades, and rollouts is an asset
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
