Electrical Engineer for Battery Development

About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Electrical Engineer for Battery Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the operational management of high-voltage battery test fields and developing innovative drive concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development and Testing: You will oversee the development and testing of battery systems, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards.
  • Technical Implementation: From the commissioning of test rigs to the design of components, you will ensure technical excellence throughout all phases.
  • Teamwork and Coordination: You will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Innovation and Optimization: You will bring new ideas and optimize existing processes and technologies.
Requirements
  • Academic Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Practical Experience: Experience in battery technology development or test stand technology with a strong background in measurement and testing technology.
  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of automation of test stands and design, experience with specific software and diagnostic tools.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and German (B2 level).
