We are seeking a skilled Robotics Welding Specialist to join our team at MJ-Gerüst Americas. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming and setting up welding robots, ensuring high-quality welds, and maintaining equipment.

• Program new welding groups on various KUKA robots
• Set up and adjust welding machines in the steel and aluminum sectors
• Set up and adjust hand welding stations and their fixtures
• Resolve issues caused by the welding process
• Maintain and repair power sources and their individual components
• Select, train, and instruct machine or robot operators
• Verify adherence to required welding quality standards
• Document welding parameters and results

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession
• Experience in welding thin sheets and hollow profiles
• Experience in setting up special welding machines and welding robots
• Safe handling of technical drawings and related documents
• Willingness to work shifts
