Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and talented Working Student to join our Global Customer Success Management team for Business Technology Platform (BTP). As a Working Student, you will work closely with our German Customer Management Experts to drive adoption, consumption, and expansion of our BTP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ignite cultural change across our BTP customer base by understanding concepts of a company's culture and transforming them into an innovation culture.
- Help segment our customer base for optimal targeting and identify adoption and growth potentials to drive BTP consumption.
- Activate our BTP Community to scale engagements and provide meaningful support to our customers.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Information Technology.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Programming Skills as a plus.
- Language skills: fluent in German, English as a plus.
- Soft skills: open-minded, good communication skills, team player, creative.
