Delivery Associate

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parts and products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner.

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
• Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, and update vehicle mileage.
• Responsible for maintaining vehicles, completing daily vehicle inspections, and ensuring all necessary equipment is secure.
• Pick up customer returns, including new, warranty, and core items, and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate any customer issues or special needs to store management and report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage.
• Ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are locked and secured at the end of each day.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, general stocking, and merchandising tasks.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
