SAP IT Consultant with Focus on Security and Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Expert/Consultant to join our team at Uniklinik RWTH Aachen. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our existing user management and security structures in the SAP ECC system.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and optimize existing user management and security structures in the SAP ECC system, including roles, permissions, and authentication procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies for user management and security in the SAP S/4HANA environment, aligned with the latest best practices and compliance requirements.
- Provide expert advice and support to our departments on user management, access management, and data security in the context of SAP.
- Lead projects to introduce new security technologies and processes, including identity management and access control systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their awareness and understanding of security policies and procedures.
- Completed vocational training as a software developer or a related field, or a degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP user management and security, preferably with knowledge of migrating from ECC to S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of developing and implementing permission concepts, policies, and procedures in the SAP environment.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including knowledge of migrating from ECC to S/4HANA.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and advisory skills, as well as excellent communication skills in German.
- Experience in leading smaller and medium-sized projects.
