To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This role offers exciting and varied responsibilities within an international environment, holding a high significance within the organization.

• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS
• Establishment and execution of global group reporting and controlling
• Analysis and interpretation of the financial metrics of the group
• Assistance in the preparation of budget and forecast planning, as well as variance analyses
• Contribution to the enhancement and optimization of controlling and reporting processes
• Execution of cost center and profit center accounting
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses
• Coordination and support of subsidiaries in all controlling and financial matters
• Close collaboration with foreign subsidiaries
• Participation in cross-departmental projects in finance and controlling

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge in controlling and financial analysis
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills
• Analytical mindset with a structured and independent working style
• High affinity for numbers and strong problem-solving skills
• Team spirit, communication, and assertiveness
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
