Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our internal IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of our heterogeneous IT infrastructure, including local components and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, operate, and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, clients, and network devices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Improve existing support processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design and implement IT solutions for various business areas.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on IT-related matters.
Requirements
  • Completed technical education or degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Windows administration.
  • Practical experience in designing and implementing complex IT infrastructures.
  • Knowledge of network operations and management.
  • Proficiency in multiple areas, including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, software distribution, Microsoft 365, backup, and Microsoft Azure.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and implement them in a practical manner.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-centric and structured approach to work.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with a minimum of C1 level.
