Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to lead our stationary elderly care facilities in the Greater Peine area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining financial objectives, leading and motivating staff, and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with company requirements and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy and utilization of the facility.
- Represent the facility internally and externally, building strong relationships with funders, authorities, and agencies.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Attract and retain top talent, developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies.
- Optimize quality standards, ensuring the facility meets the highest standards of care and service.
- Relevant degree in Economics, Health Economics, or Nursing Management.
- Qualification for facility management as per HeimPersV with relevant recognition.
- Several years of experience as a facility manager in stationary elderly care facilities.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
