Your Role: Maintenance Technician - Production & Technology (Fixed Term)
As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from routine maintenance to complex repairs and upgrades.
- Maintenance & Repair: You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing technical systems and production machinery within our food processing environment.
- Modifications & Upgrades: Oversee modifications and upgrades to existing machinery, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry best practices.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machine performance, minimize downtime, and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Project Collaboration: Actively participate in projects related to production improvements, process optimization, and the manufacturing of spare parts.
Your Profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a Maintenance Technician with proven experience in the food industry and packaging technology.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pneumatics, machining, and welding techniques.
- Strong practical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
