Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek and acquire new institutional clients within the real estate sector.
  • Enhance and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training or degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.

  • Established network within the real estate industry.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities with a confident demeanor in client interactions.
  • Demonstrated initiative, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid Class B driver's license.
