Key Responsibilities:
As the Lifecycle Director for Autoimmunity, you will be instrumental in overseeing the EliA product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle. Your primary goals will encompass:
- Maximizing value delivery to clients.
- Driving sustainable business growth.
- Ensuring the success of our Autoimmunity product line.
Daily Activities:
- Craft detailed portfolio strategies for the Autoimmunity range, including new product innovation, market expansion, and ongoing product management.
- Lead the Autoimmunity lifecycle team to effectively execute portfolio strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align portfolio strategies with overarching business goals and foster profitable growth.
- Support business decisions with objective data and market insights, encompassing financial analysis and competitive research.
- Stay updated on trends in the clinical and market landscape, applying relevant insights to the portfolio roadmap.
- Coordinate portfolio lifecycle management activities to maximize impact and achieve business unit objectives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA is strongly preferred.
- Several years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in leadership and development roles (marketing leadership preferred).
- Background in life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading global new product development projects through the stage gate process.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to convert customer insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with project management methodologies preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- International experience and cultural sensitivity.
