Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and verifying inquiry documentation
  • Coordinating with technical and procurement teams
  • Inputting inquiries into ERP systems/databases
  • Addressing all inquiries between clients and operational departments
  • Validating technical calculations
  • Establishing pricing based on calculations, proposals, preliminary orders, and market rates
  • Preparing commercial estimates
  • Calculating spare parts requirements
  • Creating and dispatching quotations
  • Documenting and processing information in ERP systems/databases
  • Conducting follow-ups with the sales team

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You possess strong communication skills, adept at engaging in various contexts: whether in personal interactions, small groups, or larger audiences, and can adapt your style to different levels of engagement. You prioritize effectively, focusing on critical tasks while managing less urgent responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in commerce with several years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Knowledge of export processes is advantageous
  • Strong technical acumen and quick learning ability
  • Excellent communication skills, complemented by an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
