Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biodiesel Production Specialist to join our team at Chevron's Emden/Ostfriesland facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring our biodiesel production facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor biodiesel production equipment, including pumps, tanks, and processing units.
  • Conduct process control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial process operations, preferably in a biodiesel or chemical plant environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of process control systems, instrumentation, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, as required.
