We are seeking reinforcements in the field of construction management for our location in Cuxhaven.
Your Responsibilities- You will be responsible for the overall technical project management in the areas of road and foundation construction, cable construction, compensation measures, and the installation and commissioning of wind turbines.
- You will create project schedules.
- You are responsible for the technical planning, tendering, billing, and acceptance of construction services.
- You will document projects and construction projects of our wind energy projects in Germany or abroad.
- You will review invoices and take acceptance with executing companies.
- You will obtain permits for road, water, and pipeline crossings.
- You will take over construction supervision.
- You will maintain close contact with national and international partners and customers.
- You have a completed degree in civil engineering or a further education as a state-approved construction technician.
- You bring experience in construction management on WP construction projects in Germany.
- You have knowledge in the field of foundation engineering and soil mechanics.
- You have knowledge of deep foundation and special deep foundation construction in reinforced concrete foundation construction and mass concrete.
- You bring experience in the use of geosynthetics in road and pavement construction.
- You are familiar with the VOB / A-C and the corresponding DIN regulations and guidelines.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and ORCA-AVA.
- A qualification as a SiGeKo according to RAB 30 Anl. B and C is desirable.
- You have knowledge in the processing of building permit procedures.
- You have good German language skills.
