• Prepare and cook all dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Manage inventory, receive goods, and maintain quality control to ensure seamless kitchen operations
• Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Present dishes with attention to detail and a focus on visual appeal
