Job Description

We are looking for a Manager Leadership Development & Academy Europe (m/f/x) to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building up the academy service model for Europe, delivering business and soft skill trainings, and evaluating the current training landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy to enhance leadership skills and business acumen among our team members.
  • Design and deliver training programs that cater to the needs of our organization, focusing on leadership development, business skills, and soft skills.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our local trainer departments to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
  • Analyze training demand and develop strategies to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Develop and deliver training courses related to general workplace competencies, including customization of training content and teaching method design.
  • Organize and implement online and offline training activities, utilizing diversified tools and online learning platforms.
  • Evaluate the impact of our training programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in industrial or organizational psychology, economics, or social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in delivering trainings and developing training programs.
  • Strategic thinking, management, and project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
