About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT professional to join our team at Kraftblock, a leading company in the green tech sector. As an IT Specialist for Green Tech Innovation, you will play a key role in the integration, administration, and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integration, administration, and maintenance of our IT system, creating a solid foundation for growth opportunities at Kraftblock.
  • Lead cloud migration, computing, and cloud architecture initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency in our IT infrastructure.
  • Design and implement robust system architectures and cyber security measures, safeguarding our data and systems.
  • Develop and document processes using BPMN 2.0, ensuring seamless operationalization in our daily work.
  • Support the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana, driving business process improvements and enhancing our operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and continuously improve our IT processes and structures, ensuring alignment with our company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our IT system, providing expert support and training to our users.
  • Assist colleagues with software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Initial practical experience in the IT sector, preferably through internships or projects in start-ups or industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP or a willingness to learn and adapt to the system.
  • Experience in process design, including BPMN 2.0, and the ability to integrate processes with our IT landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • A very good command of English, with knowledge of German desirable.
