As an Enterprise Content Management Specialist at ZEISS, you will be responsible for providing process consulting services related to ECM and designing technical solutions based on Opentext xECM. Your expertise will be essential in administering and customizing the ZEISS DMS solution, which is built on Opentext xECM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prozessberatung mit Hinsicht auf ECM und Design technischer Lösungen basierend auf Opentext xECM
- Administration und Customizing der ZEISS DMS Lösung, welche auf Opentext xECM basiert
- Second-Level-Support für die ZEISS DMS Lösung
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen, sowie Leitung von internationalen Teilprojekten / Projekten
Requirements:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Opentext xECM, sowie gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Dokumentenmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen und zielgruppenspezifisch aufzubereiten
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und eine überschaubare Reisebereitschaft
