Management Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.
- Assist with preparing presentations, documents, and decision templates in both German and English.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, visits, and appointments, including receiving visitors and preparing follow-up actions.
- Participate actively in operational tasks and projects, contributing to the achievement of team goals.
- Independently handle correspondence, including organization of filing and resubmissions.
- Manage office supplies, consumables, and other administrative tasks.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as supervise the telephone switchboard.
- Coordinate Masterdata and create SAP purchase orders, including EAR creation.
Requirements
- Commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience in the assistance area, or a completed commercial degree with relevant practical experience.
- Fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written language.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (Office 365).
- Strong communication, customer orientation, reliability, and stress resistance.
- Ability to work independently, with high self-demands and goal-oriented work.
